EIS was developed through system customization using Visual Basic software to provide a comprehensive local plan database for multi-users. It also functions as a support tool for planning and monitoring development within the distract. For example, the query function provided enables spatial search to be performed easier and faster.

EIS RTD-RTD is stand alone and developed using MapInfo Professional software and aided with Visual Basic programming language. This both software is most suitable software to be used to build and make menus data access that required to follow consumer need.

This application was developed using web based and mobile apps platform for Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) through MIMOS Berhad to monitor their staff (anggota) which is on duty. Through this system, when incidents happens and reported to PDRM by victims or caller, then command center can grab all the details about caller such as their phone number, incidents location and personal details. Then through this system, staff in command center will create call card and pass it to the staff that on duty at that site by looking for nearest petrol car (MPV) to the incidents.
